One Month Out
Give notice to tenants via letter.

Post signs advertising date.

Possible training date for staff

Look at cost of galvanized signs for permanent placement.
Full Two Weeks Out
Have tenants sign addendum to lease.

Day Of
Place permanent signs and remove smoking
receptacles (ashtrays) from property.
